We accept party bookings 30 days in advance of your event date.

Parties at Elevated Arts are designed for the utmost in fun! Book your party with complete confidence - we will take great care of you and your group. Get ready for bonding with your friends, learning some fun sexy moves, and no shortage of laughter and excitement. The studio will provide cookies as well as fun boas for you to take out on the town for everyone in your group. You may also cater or bring in food and beverages of your choice. Bring your cameras! 2017 Party Pricing: 

  • 4-7 Participants (60-minutes): $225 
  • 8-14 Participants (60-minutes): $300
  • Additional participants beyond 14 are billed at $20 per participant        

Do you have a larger group or a different format request? We can still accommodate you! Please email us to try to coordinate your needs! All party groups are to arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled time block. A 15-minute grace period will be allowed at the end of your event for your participants to finish taking pictures and to change clothes and prepare to leave. If you need to purchase additional time, please contact us to discuss your needs and the costs.

Deposits, Cancellations and Final Payment

Party slots book quickly. A $100 non-refundable deposit holds your day and time. We require an estimate for number of participants at time of booking. If the number of people changes and your rate is affected by it, you MUST let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time in order to update your information in the system. We will not be able to charge a lower rate unless you give us at least 24 hours. Your remaining balance is due at the start of your party time, and we require that to be in either cash, or with 1 credit card.

In case of cancellation, up to 14 days before the party, you will get 50% of your deposit refunded to your card or you can reschedule for no extra charge. If you cancel less than 14 days before your party, you will lose the full deposit and will not be able to reschedule unless paying for another deposit.

Lateness to parties will result in a shorter party time, with your group still concluding at the scheduled time. If you are late or don’t show up at all, you will be charged the remaining balance to the original card used for the deposit. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON FULL CHARGE FOR LATE COMERS OR LATE CANCELATIONS.
